Connect your mailbox
Sign in with Google or Microsoft, or add an IMAP account. SeaView starts read-only — it looks, it doesn't touch.

SeaView analyzes as mail arrives
Each message is categorized, summarized, and ranked. Deadlines and things that need a reply rise to the top.

Review, approve, or set a rule
Accept suggestions with a tap, or teach SeaView a rule for the ones you trust. Everything is logged and reversible.
Safety is the whole point
An assistant with access to your email has to earn trust. SeaView Mail is designed so it can't quietly do something you didn't intend.
- Nothing is deleted permanently, and no email is sent, without your explicit say-so.
- Deterministic safety rules sit on top of the AI — the model suggests, the rules decide what's allowed.
- Every action is audited with who, what, why, and how to reverse it.
- Access tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest. Disconnect a mailbox and access stops.
- Your email is never sold, and it's never used to train generalized AI models.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in Settings whenever you like — no lock-in, no retention emails. You can also delete your account and its data entirely.
What counts as a mailbox?
One connected email account — a Gmail address, a Microsoft 365 account, or one IMAP login. Connect the same address on two plans? Still one mailbox.
Do you read my email?
Automated analysis only — humans don't read your mail, it's never sold, and it's never used to train generalized AI models. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Disconnecting a mailbox stops all access immediately, and you can request full deletion of your account data at privacy@seaviewmail.com. Revoking SeaView's access from your Google or Microsoft account works too.
